I’m interested in making the pages for the campaign missions. My proposal is to make screenshots of the openings shot of the missions. For example, the first mission of the Allies is with three rangers side by side in the front, followed by five riflemen in a line behind it, and last but not least Tanya at the back. This is very recognizable for someone who tried out the mission. Luckily, every openings shot of the missions looks interesting because of the multiple starting units.
I also wanted to use this update from MustaphaTR, which brings the unit colors back to how it was in the original game. This change will very likely be in the next release OpenRA.
I would like to hear your opinion about my proposal.

It won't be in the release https://github.com/OpenRA/OpenRA/issues/14242 is about. One after it probably won't come before 4-5 months. We try to use info from lastest release here so i think we should stick with current colors right now. It shouldn't be really hard to update later.
1: In the first sentence, the name Hind is made bold. But this can be done in two ways. If it is linked to the same page or if it is made bold by the person who edited the page. Which method should I use?
2: How many times should something be linked on a page? In this example, the Longbow is linked twice.
One of my goals is to avoid overly strict or pedantic rules, so that editing is as simple as possible for newbies or one-time editors. So I am avoiding making rules for little things. To answer your first question specifically: Use whatever you like.
But we should check if same-page linking makes things bold on mobile. If not, then only the other method should be allowed.
However, I am trying to be strict about the core things that define the Wiki (e.g. writing style: Encyclopedic tone, facts first, tactics later, letter case. Also, every unit has a Unitbox and consistent Unit images, etc). You can see all guidelines here: http://openra-red-alert.wikia.com/wiki/Contribution_Guidelines
As for the second question, again, I don't think super strict rules are a good idea. I personally think once per paragraph is enough, but I don't mind if others link every appearance.
Those buildings have different artwoeks for Desert/Temprate and Snow terrain. I was thinking maybe we should show those too somehow, either in a gallery section at the end of the page, or something like http://cnc.wikia.com/wiki/Light_infantry
In fact, you could make color actually black (000000) by editing that settings.yaml file. I think it would take some time to retake all the images , but i think it may look better. Current color look too random.
In other hand 00000 is not a color you can normally select, while i guess 382929 is. I'm not sure about using a color that you can't select.
I was adding the values for some units, i'm unsure about how to write damage value for units with Burst:s, like Heavy Tank or Flamethrower. Should i add a seperate Burst value, or write something like 8x15 or 8 (x15) [these are values for flamethrower] for damage.
The coil is also special in that its number of bursts can vary depending on how much damage it discharged already. It can shoot a single shot against mammoths before needing to recharge, or several shots against infantry. I think this has to be textually explained.
